Pass: Successful command verifications.
Fail: Failed command verifications.
Status (run): completed, failed, cancelled, interrupted, running.
Confidence tier: Low (<5 runs or <3 devices), Medium (5-19 runs or 3-9 devices), High (20+ runs and 10+ devices).
Runs (failed + cancelled + interrupted): count of runs by status, not verification events.
Pass rate formula
Operational pass rate is calculated as successful verifications / commands sent. Cancelled runs can reduce this value when commands were sent but verification did not complete.
